Michelle is the CEO and Co-Founder of CWI. As business consultant, speaker and corporate trainer to companies and associations throughout the United States, Michelle entertains and educates small groups, conference attendees and large corporate audiences. As the President of SBR, Inc., Michelle's professional background includes over 18 years' expertise in helping businesses obtain funding, increase sales and improve business performance and success. Michelle is the author of "How to Build a Million Dollar Database™," a business book that is quickly becoming the expert authority on how to build a powerful database full of priceless connections and business relationships.

Jaimee Pittman
Jaimee Pittman is owner and chief executive officer (CEO) of Baron Center, Inc. BCI is a unique company of nationally recognized consulting, coaching, and training experts who specialize in addressing a broad spectrum of human behaviors in the workplace. From enhancing team performance and leadership capabilities, to intervening in threats of violence, BCI provides a resource for executives who are concerned about performance or behavioral issues in their workplaces.

Pittman was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She and her husband Dwayne arrived in San Diego courtesy of the U.S. Marine Corps. They reside in Oceanside.

Nancy Nell has been an active member of the local chapters of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She’s been a Board of Directors member for NCPA for five years and is president-elect of the San Diego NHRA chapter.
