CWI CEO / Executive Advisory Group

Peer to Peer Support

Successful women often experience a sense of isolation at the top.  Who do you talk to about issues and challenges in running a successful business?  Who do you confide with about employee issues, management challenges and staying competitive to get the job done?  The answer is a peer to peer support group.  Imagine a group where you share your issues and challenges to a team of experts and receive feedback, guidance, resources and support from a collection of experts who not only understand the challenges you’re going through, but a team of professionals that help guide you and support you.  An advisory group made up of peers and colleagues who understand the issues that face a successful executive or CEO serve as your "advice" team for ideas, feedback, support and accountability.

The CEO / Executive Advisory Group (CEAG) is offered to Executive Level Members of CWI as a peer to peer advisory group for those executives and CEO's who manage people, resources and/or projects at their respective organizations.

The CEAG is built with professionals in non-competing businesses who meet monthly for 3 hours and for a minimum commitment of 6 months.  CEAG members may miss no more than 1 meeting for each 6 month interval.  Each peer advisory group is led by a professional, executive facilitator.

The CEAG members agree to support each other by giving feedback on business issues, advice on business challenges, provide accountability and encouragement for goals and ideas, as well as provide support and a "kick in the butt" when needed for accountability and growth as a professional, executive woman.

The Goal of the CEO / Executive Advisory Group

The goal of the CEAG is to help professional women be more successful through peer interaction and exchange in a supportive, professional boardroom format.  These groups maintain no more than 12 professionals who commit to meet monthly and support each other through professional advice, feedback and guidance in a peer to peer format.

Group Assignments

Members are placed in a new or existing CEAG.  Factors relating to "fit and chemistry" are critical to the long term success of the group and the value each member receives.  Careful attention is given to ensure a safe and confidential working environment that provides members with insight, perspective and challenge available only from a group of like-minded, non-competing peers.

CEO / Executive Advisory Group Requirements

Each CEAG member signs a confidentiality statement and commitment agreement to support other members in this peer to peer advisory group.  Participation in the CEAG is optional, however, each participant is required to be an Executive Level Member of CWI and must manage people and/or resources in their respective organizations.
